+We are an affinity group run underfunded project about rebooting the #openweb to help people to step away from the corporate silos. Currently concentrating on the w3c standard activertypub to do this in a few ways:

+Development of missing parts of the "fediverse" is our current project. Active development of modern standards based reboot of the indymedia network to become the "news" part of this network. +As a part of the rollout of the radically decentralised indymedia news network we need to have online a sweat of stable fedivers apps. We have these running on VPS's on OVH the problem for us in the peertube which storage and processing power are a issue - we put the application into you guys to move the hosting of http://visionon.tv which is currently down due to lack of space to a more robust server with good sysadmin backup.

+We are not asking you guys to host a ever expanding project as the idea is very wide self hosting to build local on the ground "openweb" communities, that is DIY hosting. What we need is a bit of stability and scaling for the year to roll out the test/dev codebases.

+Our first ask is for a peertube install to host the videos uploaded by the grassroot journalists. The second stage if you guys are interested would be a few light wight city indymedia news sites.
