Perhaps this event space in Amsterdam that's doing a lot online right now has something on their agenda that fits https://dezwijger.nl/agenda/

That's all I can come up with...
I'm not aware of many events happening

If we don't find a specific local group/community working with Permaculture, I may end up having to run an instance myself initially... but not like I have an over-abundance of time at the moment :)
