currently you have to be invited to each repo before you can engage or add to the process. this is very limiting and not #4opens.

can we think about config?

Will have to take a look into the guts of gitea, but I have a feeling we could set a more open default.

Yep :) the auta the box experience of gitta is very bounce for normal users - this is a normal issue for DIY projects - as it says on the box DIY a good thing.

The problem we have to mediate is that we are working with VERY adicted, passive, broken individuals and communities after 40 years of internalised #deathcult

Sulutions

we need some hand holding to bring people in.
we need some visable flow so they can find things they can help/engage with.
we need to not become of presthood while doing this ;)
social change, not social work.
ideas?
