mj-saunders 41580f9a0d Refactor
Simplify things by placing the server wrap code into it's own function
in the main script.
Move to predominantly lowercase and local variables.

Introduce usage of separate config files for each server.

mj-saunders f648dc627f Move to a more general approach
We need to be able to easily run backups for multiple different
machines.
This is a very hacky approach built on top of a hacky origin, but at the
moment we just need something.

For the longest time, this code has only been run manually to backup a
few key remote machines to a local disk. This is less than ideal.
