The title in the head of the page should be changed from Epicyon to the name of the site #18

The attached screenshot shows that "Epicyon" is still being used in the title tag in the head of the page. This HTML tag should be the name of the site or something more meaningful to the reader, depending on how it is supplied to the software, like the tabs in the background
