+We need to outreach to a deverss crew - outreach.

+Need a website, look at what we used before, need a big BBB instance

+lets do the same format as last time

+Get people to do prerecored talks - upload then to conftube (or aggreated them in to the instance)
+
+- we need a consenses on what is relvent and what is not - this is both easey and very difficult - we need the easey path (#4opens)
+- format think it was 30-45 min min pre recored video
+- then a live Q&A for one hour at the event, with chat and wiki page from BBB
+
+OPTIONAL: We can have some pannals LIVE or not - I dont like these but other people do.

+OPTUNAL: Have a opening circal of people introduceing themselves, one min each maybe?

+OPTIONAL At the end of each day we can have a open feedback session, one hour, anyone can give feedback, moderation to get a diversaty of voices (easey not hard way)

+We have the issue of time zones, the old events were more europe focued, we now have a much more globle and bigger numbers
+
+We could run 2 tracks at diffrent time zones over 2 days - the wont be perfect overlap but better than impirealisam of a singale timszone.

+We dont have any complex critera or excluserns, we use sinmple tools like #4opens and #openweb to dedide what is and what is not invited, in this morest things are invited, we dont get cought up in power polatics and cat fights - nobody wonts this path.

+We cross the dev social devide - we PUSH this crosssing as hard as we can as this is the subject of the event and the #fedivers it self.
