we had our first troll attack, he spamed the mastodon account first was removed then moved here and setup a rep. I removed him. we do need to look at the permissioning. we should not have it open to new users to setup a rep as this is a focued #OMN project so only some one resposable for an existing reo should have the power to setup a new one.

Ok looks like he setup a second account under a diffrent name on mastodon install. Not done anything to be band yet there. Keep an eye out for random Christian spam and report it.
