Agenda and Outcomes

intro
- dealt with some teething troubles of the meeting server
- some participants unable to attend
play video and chat issues
- current consensus is that the video is suitable to "get ball rolling" with the upcoming ActivityPub conference Q&A - please add feedback.
talk about the rebooting indymedia project video, conference Q&A and hackathon.
- further discussion required about potential uses of the hackathon
look at the state of all the OMN servers
- hamishcampbell.com
  - appears to crash with too much traffic
    - requires debugging
- gitea
  - Spec out changes for the template/config, including terminology (see Enhancement issues)
  - There are various open roles that need filling (see Roles)
- etherpad
  - relatively under-used (but requires very little resources)
  - some downtime that needs to be explored and corrected (see here)
- searx
  - stable for now. better config in future. nothing urgent at present. upgrade at some point. we need a project to code plugins for the activertypub apps.
- xmpp (jabber)
  - stable for now. nothing urgent at present
- rsstootalizer
  - stable for now. nothing urgent here
state of funding
- Requires further discussion of options
- Patreon is a potential
- Need a clean, clear description of what we are doing and why, to use for any funding approach (see Funding wiki page)
outreaching the bot accounts
- happy with the current outreach text. Final consensus required and it will be ready for use (see Bot Outreach).
- still need to find someone who is willing to fill this role
